TES was formed in 2001 by a group of seasoned business aviation maintenance professionals. Together they brought over 250 years of experience and the desire to better serve customers with expert, efficient and quality field service when and where needed. This vision is something we still stand by today. With our acquisition by the Killick Aerospace Group in 2013, we look forward to leveraging new resources to expand and grow our business to better serve our customers worldwide.

TES currently occupies two adjacent hangars at Meacham Field in Fort Worth, Texas. In addition, our repair crews around the world stand ready to respond to your needs when and where needed.

Moe Hatami- President

Moe has over 30 years of experience in the Aviation industry. He has been engaged with Honeywell products and programs for the last 25 years. Moe has great technical knowledge of the airframes and power plants being worked by Turbine Engine Specialists. He is gifted with knowledge of dealing with engine problems & customers' needs during any maintenance events.

Dave brings 30 years in the aviation industry to the company, starting his career in the United States Airforce. Tom Memering- VP of Sales

Tom brings 28 years of experience in the aviation industry to TES. He started his career at an MRO facility in the engine division, first in operations and then as engine program manager. Patrick Etie

Patrick has over 28 years of experience in the Aviation industry. He has extensive experience with all Honeywell power plants and APU's in business aviation aircraft including 14 years experience on AS907 engines on 3 OEM platforms. Daniel Moog

Regional Engine Manager Northeast

Dan brings over 25 years experience in the aviation industry to TES. He started his career in Aviation as an A&P Technician for Trans World Airlines and has transitioned his career into various engineering and customer support roles. He has dedicated the last 20 years of his career supporting Honeywell products alone with a primary focus of providing customers advanced technical support on their Honeywell Engines and APU’s. SERVICE CENTER


William Hennington - Director of Operations

William has over 25 years of aviation experience specializing in troubleshooting and repairing engines. He started in 1987 as an F16 crew chief/engine mechanic in the United States Air Force at Shaw AFB South Carolina. In the early Nineties, he transitioned to civilian aviation and currently directs the day-to-day operations at TES.
